About this deal

Both kits come with 2 pods, the RPM and the RGC. Although the RPM Pod is different to the pod used in the RPM40, the coils are still compatible along with the RBA – result! I strongly suggest giving the coils 5-10 minutes rest time to allow the coils to fully saturate in e-liquid – known as priming your coils. There’s a number of features that I look at when trying out a device, and for something to score highly, it needs to meet certain demands. Would this device be long lasting and still work 3, 6 or even 12 months from now? In fact even with the airflow shut off as much as possible, its not exactly a very restrictive DTL vape, its just ‘quite’ restrictive. x 31.5 x

You can adjust the required power within the range of 1W-80w by pressing the UP/DOWN buttons on the front of the device under the digital screen to get the preferred effect The SMOK RPM80 Pro is a pretty large device compared to say the Caliburn, but that’s not the intent here. It’s about the same size as other similar pod mods like the Aegis Boost and the Voopoo Vinci X, and slightly bigger than the Vaporesso Target PM80. Part of the larger size is due to it using replaceable 18650 batteries. It stands approximately 109 mm x 26 mm x 31.55 mm and weighs surprisingly little at 125 grams with a battery in. It’s like having a really small mod on you rather than a pod system. But for someone making the next step, or in need of a small, compact 80w device for going out and about – The SMOK RPM80 Pro will do you proud. The Smok RPM80 Pro features a maximum power of 80W and gives users the option of RGC Coils which can run up to tremendous wattages and deliver outstanding flavour and cloud production. Absolutely. Very good flavour and vapour production for a nice Direct-To-Lung vape. Is this device versatile to suit a new vaper, and an experienced one a like?

I still stand by my predictions that we will soon see huge pod mods, capable of 200 watts and housing two 18650 or even 21700 batteries. Highly recommend with 2 must have essential buys.. 1 being the bigger 5ml pod head..holds more juice plus has a clearer pod head than the 2ml so you can see the level of juice. And lastly the silicone case.. Lol.. Dropped many times at work and the smok silicone skins fit perfect giving the pod easy access use while being protected against damage. The device feels good especially as a thumb firer as your fingers wrap comfortably around the curved Carbon Fibre end of the device. How To Fill the SMOK RPM80 Pod Mod

Right off the bat, the flavour and performance was top notch, literally no break-in time – very good. SMOK RPM80 Pod Mod Airflow

Build quality and design

And the flavour is just as good. The flavour comes through beautifully and the cloud is not far off what you get from a sub-ohm tank, only a little less dense – impressive. The 0.17Ω RGC Mesh Coil (40-70w)

As for the device itself, I do believe that both output close to the claimed wattage, perhaps a tiny bit less. Keep in mind though, the RPM80 Pro will handle higher wattages better thanks to the external 18650. Unfortunately, coil life on the 0.17 was disappointing. I only managed to go through 30 mL of juice before it burned out. The 0.4 coil though had great life and lasted through about 80 mL for me. That, along with the much better battery life that comes with using the 0.4-ohm coil due to the lower watt demands (25 watts vs 55-60 watts) make it a much better option for the Pro. Unfortunately I haven’t had the opportunity to test out the RPM80 internal battery version of this device, so I cant comment on how the battery performs on that particular model. Depending on your desired output, the regular version will offer an extremely poor battery life. So does the Pro at 80w; single batteries are just not designed to handle that kind of draw continuously.During my testing I’ve been vaping on Just Juice Apple & Pear On Ice, however I mostly used Element’s Premium Dripper Series – Pink Lemonade. The display is fairly bright, and very clear, however, the display isn’t as bright as the RPM40! Very odd. The SMOK RPM80 & RPM 80 Pro is the upgraded version of the original RPM40. They feature a more powerful battery and power output. The 80W maximum wattage output is more than sufficient for a mod pod. The newly upgraded IQ80 chip makes the RPM80 series stands out, as it provides the intelligent features and several safety protections due to the higher power output. The flavor from RPM80 and RPM80 Pro is excellent and extremely top-notch. The brand new RPM80 RGC Pod features adjustable airflow and uses the RGC Conical Mesh 0.17ohm coil that supports the power up to 80W for warm and intense flavor with massive vapor. The RPM80 RPM Pod is also compatible with all of the RPM40 coils. If you are looking for a portable and functional device, I will highly recommend you to try the SMOK RPM80 series. It will never let you down! Pros and Cons of SMOK RPM80 & RPM 80 Pro: For RGC Conical Mesh Coil in 0.17Ohms we would simply recommend a high VG shortfill why not try our Primal shortfill range?
